So this will be just a quick update!

I FINALLY got approved for a house, well, approved for one that I really wanted!
Its super sweet!
Air-con, fresh paint, all new kitchen (brand new stove etc) and bathroom, sweet neighbours, awesome backyard, great size apartment and it's only 5mins away from where I am living at the moment. I really didn't want to move out of the area, so it's totally perfect!
I really, really wanted it!
I move in on the 16th, so, the housewarming will be one of the weekends after that.
I'm thinking a tea-party in the backyard? I got a doughnut maker for Xmas!!!! Plus I finally bought the "Afternoon Tea" cook book by Frankie and I also have that amazing cookie book!!!!!!
It'll be fantastic!

Plus, plus PLUS! I got a brand new washing machine! I'm amazed at how excited I am about it, but it's totally awesome! Its really fancy and thanks to the government, I get $200 back! Awesome times.
