Which is totally cool, because the more I thought about it the more it just wasnt right.
I was going to have to buy a whole new bed (which is bullshit because mine is totally awesome and I didn't want to have to buy a new one.) because the bedroom was waaaay too small. The walk-in wardrobe was awesome but a MASSIVE waste of space.
Plus I was going to have to spend money on a security screen for the front door, I can't stand having a closed front door all day, plus a sliding door for the veranda so Frankie wouldn't get out....
Also, having to say goodbye to some of my stuff because the unit was too tiny... no thank you.
So on with the hunting I go.
On the upside I went to IKEA yesterday, spent waaaay too much money, but that's ok.
I got the most amazing 'couch-side' table for less than half the price in the "as is" section. So awesome. Although, I didn't really think about it and had the most hilarious time trying to jam it into the back of the Camry.
I got nearly everything I needed in the way of pots and pans...
And of course, no trip to IKEA is complete without a random assortment of impulse buys. Check out these guys!
